Dear Reese,
I meet with your teacher for a parent-teacher conference after I drop you off this morning. I could hear your teachers talk about you all day.
She tells me things I already know. How you’re empathetic. And curious. Creative with your own ideas for play. I wish I could have a camera on your day and see it all.
Tonight, you wander around the house while MorMor and I pack boxes. You scatter yogurt bites all over the floor and color and give us hugs, and it’s perfectly domestic.
Love,
Mama
