Dear Reese,
You wake up with a high fever and are clearly feeling it. MorMor watches you while I go to work. Together you go on walks, build Legos, and make your first (play-doh) apple pie.
You also sleep a lot and seem a little more energetic by the time I come home early to see you. We walk around the construction together where they’ve drawn on the floor where things will go — the counters, the bookshelves, the refrigerator. Upstairs in the tower you try to make seat out of the unfisshed wall.
Your fever is down, though not completely gone, by the evening. We’re hoping it breaks overnight so you can fully enjoy your weekend.
Love,
Mama
