Dear Reese,
Your teachers tell me you sat up in your crib today. They thought you were sleeping until they looked over, and there you were: sitting. They speculate that maybe you used the bars of the crib for leverage.
I have never seen you go from lying down to sitting on your own before.
When we get home, I call MorMor and Cappi and we agree to lower your crib mattress tomorrow.
